I really like the classic design of this school house pendant. I especially like that it does not suspend from the ceiling with a chain, rather it uses rigid tubing of various lengths to adjust the height. Additionally, the glass looks very classic. Gorgeous! Nicely made and hang beautifully. I had no issues with the top part that attaches to the ceiling feeling flimsy as some others have suggested. Love that this takes the E24 bulbs so I could put cute hue spots in them. The only downside is that the wires in them are not color coded all the way down so when you trim to your length, you're not going to know which is ground, etc. This confused my electrician and we almost thought a few of them were broken until we switched the wires around and they worked. WARNING - 40 minute return process & shipping fees! Bought 2 pendants, but wanted to return them because the cords are very cheap looking. Two Problems: 1) They are charging a return fee of $29 (or, I could keep the items and get just a 20% refund.) 2) The return process didn't let me choose 1 box to return in. Each pendant comes in 2 boxes, 1 small box for the cord and a bigger box for the shade. So, 2 pendants = 4 boxes, and both pendants (4 boxes) arrived together in one large box. 40 minutes (!) chatting with Customer Service, who could not understand tI wanted ONE label for the one big, original box containing 2 pendants packed in 4 smaller boxes, until I uploaded photos.
