I installed this exhaust about 4 months ago by a professional company. Installation didn't take long time. We were very curious if it will do its jobs properly. We are very satisfied with the performance of this exhaust. When my wife cook South Asian food with spices, smell spread in whole house downstairs and upstairs. Great piece for my hallway bathroom, I ordered it in the gray (base only-no countertop) and the color was perfect. It is just the look I wanted, and it was nice to have the option to repurpose my existing countertop. The drawers have soft close, but it is very stiff and not as easy to pull them out as I would like. Hoping to figure out a way to adjust that. It works great! For the price, it’s a great value. The fan works perfectly, and as other reviews have stated, it’s not loud on one or two, but it does get loud at three and up. I do wish the controls were a little more intuitive but one thing I love is that the same controls are on both sides of the vent (one set front left, one set back right), so it doesn’t matter which way it’s installed, and you can access buttons from the left or right.
