This beautiful bath tub has been a labor of love - the process of choosing one that is. I looked at more modern styles by Victoria + Albert, and in person I was pretty disappointed with the volcanic limestone. It felt like cheap plastic to me & my husband. It could be fantastic, but it just felt cheap. I decided I wanted something more solid and classic in both look & feel. Cheviot has been a wonderful company to work with. I chose the custom exterior color “Midnight Navy” by Benjamin Moore, and I absolutely love it! Our home remodel and bathroom extension is still underway, so I haven’t had the tub installed yet. I have however sat in it many times, and it’s very comfortable. I do wish I would have gone for the longer size. I am 5’6 1/2”. Just installed the range. Haven't had a chance to cook on it yet. The burner selection is awesome! The only downside so far that I have found is the oven depth is a little shorter than I would like.
