I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. WE have not had it for long, but love the hot water and Keurig feature. Leaves countertops empty of a coffee maker. Great for single brew cups and hot tea. Also great when baking as you can measure the water out if called for in recipes. Love the compartments in frig. And space in the freezer. The temperature in the room feels much cooler and more comfortable. The remote control can be used to change the lighting, including the different modes, the speed of the blades (there are five speeds), and the direction of the wind flow. I really want to emphasize that the metal clasps are nothing more than a bent piece of thin metal, and the crystals have the potential to fall out.
