I really like this table. It's very sturdy and looks really nice. I had a hard time finding a brown table that was the size of this one, which is just what I wanted. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the pegs on the bottom of the legs though (they are very rounded so there is nothing to grab onto to turn them). This table is on the tall side too. But the dimensions were in the description. Just noting that for others to check the height of your chairs maybe before you decide. This desk looks exactly as pictured. It is a very pretty desk and well made. My only minor complaint is that there is some off-gassing from the drawers. I bought this desk for a very specific purpose. I wanted to replace a large mahogany desk in my den with a smaller light duty desk that would be used sporadically for "office" work. This is a mahogany breakfast table made to order in the Leighton Hall shop in Suwanee, Georgia. It can have multiple uses. It can be used as a breakfast table, game table, foyer table, writing table or dining table for a small area. It features a top of cathedral mahogany with a straight grain mahogany border. The edge features a solid mahogany three beaded profile. It has a dark brown mahogany stain with a hand rubbed and polished semigloss sheen on the top. The pedestal has traditional styling with a fluted urn carved center column and four fluted legs which terminate with antique brass lions paw feet. Dimensions: 48” x 36” x 30” tall.

A rectangular banquet table is designed for light-duty use indoors or outdoors. The 1-3/4" thick, square-edge top is made of blow-molded, high-density polyethylene for a sturdy surface. 1" tubular steel legs are powder-coated for durability.
