The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. Crotch Mahogany Lady’s Desk with Antique Brown Leather and Brass Knobs.

This desk looks exactly as pictured. It is a very pretty desk and well made. My only minor complaint is that there is some off-gassing from the drawers. I bought this desk for a very specific purpose. I wanted to replace a large mahogany desk in my den with a smaller light duty desk that would be used sporadically for "office" work. I have another office with dual monitors, a printer, etc. It suits my purpose and fits in with my traditional decor. I am very happy with this purchase and as usual Wayfair did a great job.. Marsha.
