The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. Ok, this is just the “coolest” fan…..ever! Looks and operates exactly as it is described. Delivery box and contents arrived in perfect condition. It is pretty heavy! I’ve put up my share of ceiling fans, but opted for a professional installer this time. Glad I did, as he built some much needed support beams in the ceiling, to ensure it was stable. Plan on buying a large medallion to affix to the ceiling. Looks better, IMO… The electrician even needed my assistance to complete the install, so be sure to have some help. Totally worth it!
