Only used one time so far I think overall it will be great you must hold the the pilot light down for 5 or 6 minutes, at least to get it to light up. For me, the installation was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The unit I have is propane. Time will tell, but overall, I think its going to be great for heating up my small cabin. We had a friend tell us to make sure we put a towel warmer in! So glad we did! The square shape matched all our Square accessories! This particular one can be hot wired or plugged in. So mine just plugs into the wall! You do have to turn it on and off. And it usually take a minute to get warm… (it doesn’t have an emergency to hot turn off in it) so we are going to look for some kind of timer maybe to leave it plugged into. But we do enjoy it!. This is an extremely beautiful piece of art. It has a smooth finish that is slightly iridescent and very high quality. The color of the stone in this item is normally found naturally in the quartz and chalcedony stones of various colors.

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Great product and very useful. Hanging directions should have reminded installers as to which piece should go in on the bottom. Also: should advise that installing two on top on each other will not give you an aggregate section of 2 x 24" section, but less than that, as the bottom of the bottom panel is not an effective panel and shouldn't be used when trying to place to sets one on top of another.. My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools.
