This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. Very well made. Installed it on my 30X40 metal pole barn. Secured it with Gorilla Glue Adhesive caulk and two 6 inch lag screws. This cupola will never blow down. It comes in white with a black metal roof. Weather vane is also all black. I painted the sides green with a white accent stripe. Painted the eagle gold and the NSEW white. Looks great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Lotus Multi-Function Cooker and Dutch oven is a beast of a kitchen tool. It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo). Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This kitchen sink is a designer select enameled cast iron, self-rimming offset low dam double bowl kitchen sink. The left bowl is larger than the right. There are 4 faucet holes and a drain in each bowl. It has a beautiful glossy finish, with long-lasting durability, and it is easy to clean.

Love this sink! It was so hard to find in black. The quality seems fine, clean and shines nicely. Love having one smaller sink and one larger sink so I can wash veggies while filling pots. The shallow center divider makes it easy to use both sides or rest pots on center while washing. BUT!!!! So frustrated that you can order this sink $300 cheaper directly on the companies web site. I contacted Wayfair for a price adjustment and all they said was the company sets the prices. They refused to offer any refund or credit. Do yourself a favor go directly to the company to order.. It has a faux painted finish that gives it a rich, aged, antique feel, and it genuinely looks like beautiful, old woodwork. It is made from an extremely lightweight polyurethane material that seems as though it would make this product much easier and cheaper to install than actual wood crown molding. Unfortunately, this won’t work for the project that I had intended it for, but if you are making upgrades to your existing home or building a new home and would like to add some lovely old world elements, these crown moldings are a wonderful option!.
