The ovens seem to work well and so far temperatures seem accurate. My biggest issue is the racks - the slide-out racks are GREAT, but they do take up extra room. I wish there was a flat rack available. Also, you get 3 racks for 2 ovens - 2 slide-outs and 1 floor rack. That means that you really can't load up both ovens at the same time. I am planning on purchasing a second floor rack for the upper oven. I have used the proofing setting (works fine) and bake, of course, but none of the other options yet. Oven surface is easy to wipe clean. One feature I would love in the app is an indication of the current temp of the oven. It shows on the oven itself, but not on the app (when preheating).. Jkl_co. Zero stars. It doesn’t come with any tools to get a plug off the back. Tool needed is a massive hex key that is nearly impossible to find. Please tell people before they buy or at least in the instructions that they need this tool. It also never cooled past 19 degrees and is a PAIN to get a refund.
