The sauna is great! The beauty light in the original shipment came with the wood frame around it broken up. A replacement was sent and arrived yesterday. The frame was broken up again but not as bad. The beauty light was still in the wood frame this time but each end was broken. From the sides the unit was wrapped well but it was not wrapped well from the ends thus the heavy beauty light slid in the package from one end to the next breaking the wood frame. It seems like there needed to be at least another one or two lower speed settings on these switches. The urinal looks great. I haven't had it installed yet but it will be nice to have one in my basement bathroom. There was a bit of misleading in the shipping notices. I had ordered a toilet also but then cancelled it. The delivery notice said the toilet was being delivered! I emailed Wayfair support and they assured me the urinal was shipped and they were right!!
