I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. Only issues we found with it was the sides were not milled quite straight/square so had to sand down a bit on one end. I think it being a smart fan will make it convenient. Update. This fan would not work with two different down-rods we bought so we decided to hang it with the shorter one it came with. We think it will be ok and looks good. We finally got this fan up and we really like it . The aged pewter with the gray blades look beautiful. The light will go nice and bright or a low light. It has up to six speeds and is very quiet. It comes with a remote and we had no problem hooking it up to our phone and google assistant. So convenient using the google assistant with it.
