I purchased a less expensive version, fully expecting to have to replace when the kids are older. Edit 2/13/2026. We've now had these just under 6 years. While I started my first review with an expectation of these being absolutely trashed in a couple years, I am thrilled to report that I was wrong. They're holding up great to a now 8 and 4 year olds daily meals. The kids also like to use these stools as stepladders to get cereal, bread, etc out of the upper cabinets. We had a smaller bar stand and as we accumulated different liqueurs and spirits, we were running out of space, so I found the Swavar bar cabinet and we love it!! We got the off white color and it compliments our home colors perfectly. Me and my wife took about an hour to build it, pretty straight forward. The quality is pretty good, does not feel cheap. This bar cabinet can hold A LOT of bottle, glasses and accessories and much much more. Check my photos out, in my photos, I did not ouch the bottles all the way back because I wanted to make it easy for me to grab them, but each shelf can hold about 10-12 spirit bottle, maybe a little more depending how big each bottle is.
