Nothing compares to the soft light and rustic charm of a kerosene lantern. There is a reason that this product endures; it works! Our lantern is durable and simple, with a large glass globe and a fully adjustable wick.

I tried Keosene with bad results. The flame would not maintain a constant level. I switched to lamp oil and it's run like a champ ever since. This is a terrible item. Totally shocked that Wayfair would sell such a piece of trash. The red comes off on your hands and everything it touches. The sizes are incorrect in the products' description. The larger is 11.5 " H x 9.5" W, including handles. The opening is 7" and the base is about 5.5". The smaller "vase" I received doesn't look like what is pictured. The smaller one has a rim attached to the bottom. Its measurements are 7" H x 8" W, including handles, which are lower down on the bucket and not at the top as pictured or like the taller "vase." The opening for the smaller is 7" and the base is 5." I'm still debating on whether to return them or just keep them because I wanted them to look alike as pictured. The shorter one is smaller than what is described or pictured, so I gave 4 stars for receiving one of the items as not advertised. They are still of good quality though.
