It’s a very sturdy couch, short compared to a real couch, but as expected when reading the dimensions. I picked it because a lot of the reviews said that the cushions were firm and not soft and I wanted to ensure it lasted me the 3 years I’d be int rh little apartment I was in. I will say it IS more firm than I expected, almost 3 years and haven’t softened up any, but I prefer that over them flattening out and becoming thin and very uncomfortable.
