Pretty confusing to put together at first but once you get it down it’s easy. A little smaller than I imagined. Very soft, yet firm. More and more comfortable the more you sit in it. The heating and vibration settings are very nice. Way more comfortable than my previous couch which was also very comfortable. The only thing that stands out is that it’s not very “poofy” which makes it look smaller. I believe this is because this couch may be made of memory foam. Very nice couch.. Anonymous. Absolutely love it! The box was huge, and took a long time to be delivered. But, the parts were well packaged, easy to remove, couch was very easy to assemble. Very comfortable, the single cushion is exactly the right extra firmness I wanted, the fabric is lovely and matches the bronze coffee table (not pictured, sorry) I have perfectly.
