Ordered a King Boxspring and received half of the mattress only. Called Wayfair and their only solution after I have waited weeks for this is that I would need to return it and shop for another bed! The representative acknowledged that the listing was wrong and lead buyers to think they were getting the entire King Boxspring but said there was nothing she could do to help me based on their error. She said she could refund me and I can shop for another bed. Now I still have no Boxspring for my bed and have to sit with this in my living room until a delivery company can come pick it up if at all. I’m not sure why other reviews said that these were flimsy. Maybe they weren’t installed correctly. My husband did a great job installing these. We have blackouts and sheers on them.
