I was skeptical to order these sight unseen. I ordered late on a Saturday night and they were delivered Monday morning. So fast! I was concerned about getting them into the house and put together. They were boxes well and my husband and I moved them into the room. They come in 2 pieces. The base and the back. The back easily slides into the base. I like this chair and for the price it’s pretty good. It has a strong chemical smell, hopefully it dissipates. The directions were not super clear and I didn’t realize it was a manual recline (it says it in the specifications but it definitely isn’t highlighted in the pictures where all the other features are spelled out). There’s a pull handle to put the footrest out. The back recline isn’t fixed, but it doesn’t take a lot of effort to recline it back. The rocking and swivel are nice features but it doesn’t rock when reclined which I guess makes sense. The cup holders are a nice size and are very convenient. I like that there are pockets on the sides too. The massage feature is more like vibration but I actually find it pretty relaxing. I didn’t think the heat was all that strong but I like that you can turn the heat on without the massage. The different massage patterns are nice and I like that it has low, medium and high and you can switch it to focus on just one area (upper back, lower back or legs). The auto-off timer is a nice feature too. I like the material it’s made of, some kind of very soft, smooth leather-substitute. I love them. They are really well stuffed. They seem firm right now but once they’ve been used a bit that will soften. I’m relieved that I won’t have chairs where the seat has bottomed out in a couple years. Each chair easily fits 2 people. Electronic controls are great. Lots of room for legs without hanging over. I’m so surprised at how much I love these chairs. I didn’t expect them to be so incredibly comfortable! I bought two and they add a beautiful pop of yellow to our family room. My husband was doubtful but he can’t stay off of them now. -) The electrical mechanism works well so far. You must lower the reclining mechanism to get out of them or the entire chair moves forward with you (so not super stable if used in that way), but just don’t rush and take the time to lower it to get out and you’ll be fine..
