My husband is thrilled with this rug! It’s one of his favorite camo patterns and is perfect for his man cave/home office. The shipping took a little longer than usual, but I think that is because the item is made to order. The rug is soft and lays nicely. Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. I ordered a tree similar to this from Wayfair 9 years ago. I took it out of the bag this year and it was yellowing so i tossed it, figured it was time to purchase a new one. I ordered this tree and when I received it and opened the box it was more yellowed than the one I tossed. So I called Wayfair , had to send them pictures and at first they gave me a difficult time telling me I’d have to contact the manufacturer, there was nothing they could do. So I asked to be escalated up as I was having party in one week and needed the tree ASAP. They met my request and sent me a new one that came before my party. I am satisfied with the second tree. It wasn’t super expensive so i feel it was worth the money. I had to send back the other tree which was inconvenient but they paid for the return shipping. This hinged Christmas tree will be an eye-catching centerpiece to any room during the holidays.

This is a good tree! I wish it was a bit fuller on the bottomC level but I was able to cover it slightly with some tinsel. The middle and top are the exact level of fullness I was looking for. The tree didn’t take long for me to set up either. It only took around 1-2 hours to fluff but I was still fluffing around here and there as I placed the ornaments. The reason I knocked off a star is because the box didn’t come with instructions on how to set up the tree and only had a page on how to fluff the tree. On the Wayfair website under the listing of this tree there is also only instructions on how to fluff the tree but not for assembly. Although it is pretty self explanatory if you’ve set up other trees, the box (at the very least website) should always come with some instructions for the buyer. I contacted Wayfair customer service and they provided me the same fluffing instructions which was unhelpful. I managed to get the actual assembly instructions by emailing the manufacturer (bestchoiceproducts) so I would recommend reaching out to them with any issues. Overall, this is a 6ft tree that is good enough for me and my needs. It was a breeze setup and although the bottom isn’t as full, the middle and top more than make up for it.. Hydeia. Nyc.
