The solid wood bar set with wine storage recreates the improvised, utilitarian look of early 20th-century factory furniture. Crafted entirely from solid wood, this set utilizes mortise and tenon frames, tongue and groove tops and frame and panel sides for strength and durability. Roughen planks bear the characteristic saw marks, dents, pits and random knots of logs milled on the steam-powered circular and sash saws of the era. Finally, a rustic pine finish balances transparency and opacity to showcase imperfections inherent in the timber.

So…one very confusing thing with this piece is that it’s called “Kilby bar set” on the Wayfair site, but the boxes are marked “Yosemite bar table” on the boxes. I had to call to confirm I received the correct item and didn’t want to break down the boxes if I was going to return it. Took a couple days for the manufacturer to get back to me and confirm it is the same set. The other issue is that the upholstery is much darker than in the photos, which I didn’t want but I’ll keep them. Box came ripped and smashed. I've assembled furniture before but this was one of the worst. Not one of the pieces of wood was marked. Had to drill holes to screw in the small brackets on the each side of the sideboard. The front bottom edge has stain worn off and the pine wood is bare. There are gaps in the back bottom area in each corner. We tried every option of 10,11,11,11,12 to make it work. I had to use a shim on one leg to stabilize.
