I gave this order 2 star because the order was cancelled without notifying me. I called customer service and they told me the item was cancelled because the company didn’t deliver to Canada. Customer service said they would try reordering. I did finally received the item but it was a substitute. The log grate was several inches smaller and the bottom mess designed to hole the charcoal was missing. I called customer service to informed them that I had received the wrong item. They said the other item is not available but they can order the bottom part separately. It’s been several months since I made the original order and I’m still waiting for the bottom part to arrive. Wayfair sent me a $10 gift card for future purchases which will expire in February. I didn’t really care about the small compensation, I would have preferred getting the original order which was worth over $100.00 more than the substitute. 5/5 Stars – Easy to use, great space, minor seal issue I recently bought the MAISON BACKYARDS Vertical Electric Pellet Smoker and overall I’m really happy with it. The vertical design with four adjustable racks gives plenty of space to cook multiple items at once. The LED temperature control is simple and holds steady, and the included meat probe is a nice bonus. The water and wood trays also help keep the meat moist and flavorful without much effort. My only complaint is the front glass seal isn’t as tight as it should be, and I’ve noticed some smoke escaping. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of.
