[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beautiful electric fireplace will be the main focal point in any room! Everything came in 3 big boxes. The stone parts came in one box, the mantle piece in another, and the heating element/fireplace in the third. It was so easy to setup! The entire unboxing, putting it together and cleanup took just about 1 hour. I do recommend a second person to help with setup because it is a big fireplace over 5 feet wide and 4 feet tall. The fireplace comes with a remote control and you can change the color of the fire, the intensity of the heat, the brightness of the flame and it turns on and off with the push of a button. You can also use the fireplace without the heater turned on if you just want to enjoy the ambience of the fireplace. IIt is recommended for use in 120 volt 3-prong outlets. This is beautiful for the space in the bedroom. It is 59” across and the mantle is 64”. It was extremely easy to assemble. The screws for attaching the firebox are easy self drilling screws, so don’t have pre- drilled holes. As others said, it is top heavy and wants to fall forward. A bottom shelf inside horizontally might fix the instability. Company should work to improve this design flaw. I found a door wedge on both sides secures it in place. Will probably exchange to clear ones. I didn’t want it secured to the wall yet with the enclosed anti-topple devise so I can change the room around. Definitely needs securing in place though. For permanence, I would use inconspicuous L brackets. The bigger Real Flame Alcott 75” is stable having a bottom to it. Yes this is my second Real Flame purchase! Caulking the crevices gives it the carpenter complete built in look. Did not get it for the heat, just the flame aesthetic. I do use the timer feature. We’re extremely happy with the Touchstone Sideline Elite fireplace. The flame looks very realistic and bright, and being able to adjust the flame speed is a great feature. The flame and base color options are excellent and don’t look cheap at all. It’s definitely worth the extra cost compared to cheaper options—this looks and functions like a very high-end fireplace without having to spend thousands more. It added a beautiful, premium touch to our new media wall. It came with a log, driftwood and crystals. So, you can style it however you like. The only downside was the shipping speed. Delivery through Wayfair took about two weeks, which caused some inconvenience. Other than that, the fireplace itself is amazing. We received our order. It looked on the line like it was a one solid piece of furniture when we got it. It was in a dozen or more pieces. That is not what we thought we were getting. Maybe I didn’t read it. Good enough I don’t know, and I just assume that all of these gas heaters had blowers Did not have one so now I’m stumped. How do I get a blower in that?
