Two or three zoom calls to go through design and options using their software program with renderings was great. Shipping was reasonably quick for semi custom cabinets. I think these are really good product, the bamboo is sturdy and nice looking, and I think there’s a lot of creative ways to be used. These are a little taller than I would’ve liked, so I’m glad I got the 3 foot ones to go along with them.
