they are sturdy once you have the dirt in them, but seem a bit flimsy when empty. Be careful filling them, as I had my neighbor help me fill with his john deer and we had to go very slowly and level the dirt in layers so it didnt warp the shape. These are very cute with a lot of options for assembly. I thought for sure the finish would be scratched when I saw the damaged box on delivery, but they’re so well packaged and individually wrapped, no damage. I bought four, and it took a while to put them all together, as they’re broken down in small pieces. These stands seem very sturdy, they look nice and I think they are a good size. They did take a while to assemble, because of so many screws by me using a screwdriver. It would’ve been quicker using a drill bit to put the screws in. I did drill some holes into the bottom for extra drainage. After only a week outside the screws are all rusting.. Joann.
