Four stars for the unit, but 2 stars for Angi. This unit seems to be very well made. It seems very sturdy and the pieces are quite heavy. I bought this in chestnut and I like the color. I would advise anyone considering the professional assembly to truly understand the complexity of the installation if it needs to be cut to size. Angi grossly underestimated the amount of time involved. The tradesman has to cut the wooden shelves and the metal bars to fit. All the drawers need to be assembled, and the glides attached. The entire unit needs to be attached to studs (preferably) and/or anchored into the wall. And of course it needs to be leveled. I was allotted two hours to complete the job, which is ridiculous. When I contacted Wayfair, they did reschedule Angi to finish the job, but what a fiasco. You will save a huge amount by doing this, but it was very inconvenient to say the least.. Karen. MD. The product gets five stars ... it's the shipper who cost Wayfair the 1 star. They left this heavy package on my driveway and never even rang the doorbell so I knew it had arrived. Assembly took two of us about 2 hours from start to finish and was simply. Although just particle board with a thin coating, it didn't get damaged during assembly. Tajke your time to put it together as they don't tell you which side is up or down with arrows. You have to take the time to analyse the drawings. Quite pleased for the money and it is working perfectly for my 27+ shoes (socks are in the drawers). The white has a grain effect which makes it look a little nicer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I loved the look of the ClosetMaid SuiteSymphony closet system. It is a very complete set and has the right amount space for hanging, shoe space, and drawer room for my partner and I. It looks and feels sturdy. The assembly took a bit longer than expected because the top board didn't fit but that was my fault because my measurement was off. It was an easy fix though because I was able to cut it. The other part I didn't consider is that I have a floor trim in my closet, so the closet would not sit flush to the wall. I had to cut into the trim to make the closet flush to the wall. Other than that, it's beautiful and looks great organized. It helps see everything I have and the drawers are a great addition. I didn't love the shoe space since it's not a big space for several shoes. I could do without this space and instead add additional drawers or boards. Last thing is I will need to install different doors for my closet since the drawers will not work with my sliding door.
