This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. I cannot tell you hopw disappointed I am in Wayfair. They delivered a toilet that was completely shattered. Customer service was fine and they sent out another broken toilet 3 days later. I now have two broken toilets waiting to be picked up by Federal Express. After all that, Wayfair offered no discounts or compensation for screwing up twice and all they offered to do was send out a third toilet in the hopes its not completely shattered as well. I have purchased a lit from Wayfair over the years and I think its time I gave my business to a company that provides actual customer service and not one that just keeps shipping me broken toilets.. This the second toilet seat I have received. I ordered 1 Guinevere 1.28 GPF Floor mounted BIDET with toilet seat. The actual BIDET has yet to be delivered. I contacted Wayfair several days ago about this problem. I as assured the toilet would be delivered by freight. I again received a delivery (today) of another toilet seat only.
