Overalls this is a nice griddle. Well packed, but the lid did have a couple of very minor dents- not enough I’m worried about it. Assembly was what I expected. Took about an hour. Pretty solid frame overall. Lots of surface area to cook. I can’t imagine using the full surface. Seems as well made as other name brands. Only downside is burner setup *IF* you want to convert to natural gas. Side burner is connected to propane inlet, so no easy way to convert it. HPWH is easy to use and consume little power. Not very noisy, can't hear it in house, but definitely would bother me if my office were in the garage. Keeps water warm overnight without using any power (or very very little). Concern is the durability of the anode rod - within two weeks, it is down to 98%.
