This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. Worst dryer I have ever owned and the washer that goes with it is even worse than the dryer. Nothing is ever completely dry after the first cycle AND the clothes come out VERY wrinkled. I mounted the brackets in the rim joist between the first and second floors... as such I needed to purchase some lag screws as the anchors provided with the awning were suited more to mounting on brick or concrete. Its manual operation consists of a pre-installed gear (standard left-side crank). Its left motor operation includes a remote control, a pre-installed motor with a 12 ft long black cord (110V outlet), and a manual override loop. And a 5-long crank handle/rocker arm to manually extend and retract the awning. The beautiful framework is made out of rust-resistant, powder-coated, commercial-grade, steel, and aluminum.
