This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. Decent faucet. I was surprised that the hoses were the thin, flexible plastic versus braided stainless hoses—they’re perfectly adequate, was just surprised. As others have mentioned, it does spot easily, but it’s also got prominent polished features which invite water. If you go into buying any polished chrome fixture appreciating that this will happen, it’s all good. Keep a small towel or roll of paper towel under your sink and give a quick wipe after using to prevent water from drying. I installed myself—the directions were all pictures. It’s rather lightweight considering the size, so whether or not this is actually chrome or simply a “chrome like finish” is hard to say, but I do like it and the way it looks on my modern sink.
