This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. So I placed an order for one box of this tile which covers 9 sq ft in the color gray. The tile was delivered on the 25th and upon opening the box I noticed the tile was not gray it was the bone color, see posted pics below the 1st is the color I received the 2nd is the color I ordered. The gray I ordered is now out of stock. There is a 3rd color which is also a gray color, so I contacted customer support and was not able to get the problem fixed so now I am stuck with this tile.
