The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. This toilet is absolutely beautiful! It arrived un-damaged because it was well packaged. It was very easy to assemble Took my plumber 30 minutes to complete install. I love the auto and kick flush. The toilet height is perfect for 6.1 husband. Took me over a month of research to decide on the perfect toilet for our primary bathroom remodel . It was definitely worth the wait.
