I added this medallion to my ho-hum dining room and it makes a great design statement. Really added that final touch to the new light we installed and it helped cover the old electrical box location that was not centered to the table. Make sure to add some blocks of wood behind the empty parts of the medallion so as to not crush it when tightening down the fixture. Also light sand before painting to help the paint adhere.. James. Stunning well made very unique it's thick and has a lot of depth. It's one of the best small medallions, small in size but still a wow.
