The QR code for the training video also didn’t link to this product—it redirected to a completely different one. Overall, the product itself gets 5/5, but customer service gets 0/5.. Anonymous. The goal was to be able to cover the bulletin board during private events. This ended up working really well for my needs. I was able to install brackets above the bulletin board that the frame can sit on and be removed quickly. This is a great piece, for a great price. These are really nice and seem really put together. They go great with my middle piece. You get two but really hard to see them together the way I have it on the wall. It comes with frame hooks that you hammer into the frames. Then these interesting 4 nail clasps that slide into the frame hooks.
