This set of eight oval placemats adds a natural element to your tablescape. Ideal for special occasions as well as everyday use. Each placemat is made of real jute, coil woven by a skilled artisan, and finished off with a dyed dark navy border. The thick weave adds a warm, welcoming feel. A simply perfect backdrop to any style of dinnerware.

The placemats seem to be of good quality after the first week of owning them. They are thick and sturdy so far and don’t seem to have any spots that are unraveling or coming apart. I really wanted something neutral so I opted for the jute rimmed border since the plain, solid mats were sold out.
