The ordering process and delivery were fine. The quality of the product is good. Unfortunately, the selling company, Aarco, did not pack this whiteboard with any protection. It was just stuck in a box! After peeling off the protective covering when we hung the board this week, there was a dent. I order online regularly and most sellers ship their product well packed. A little hard to get off the counter after use. Tends to slide on the quartzite counters. Could use some kind of padding. Easy to use and decent sizes. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
