I ordered this for my home office after looking at hundreds of recliners online. I wanted heat and massage, zero gravity, a drink holder, and options for charging my phone and tablet. This one checked all those boxes, but was a lift chair. I didn’t really need that feature, but thought it might come in handy eventually, haha. This was harder to put together than I expected. Also, when you recline, the whole chair moves, not just the seating area. (If you have anything resting next to it, it falls over.) It is very comfortable for me at 5'6". The seat seemed hard at first but just seems supportaive at this point. The lift is great. It does not heat up very high, but I have plenty of heating pads. I bought for the lift feature as I'm having Achilles tendon and foot surgery next week with no weight bearing and figured I could save more energy for moving about on crutches and a scooter if I didn't have to stand and sit with one leg..
