Arrived in great condition, simple set up. Seems well made. You don't need to be extremely precise on gutter orientation. We have about a 24" gap from open down spout to the barrel opening. Before we had a chance to correct that it rained and it filled just fine. Ordering a second one to link together using a short length of flexible garden hose with female fittings on both ends. Since our rainbarrels are made of High Density Polyethylene Plastic they can be left outdoors even in the winter months so there is no need to modify your downspouts in the Spring and Fall. The exact shape of the barrels may vary due to availability but the color and size remain true. Because these barrels were originally used to transport food, there may be residual food product odor.
