A great product for the price. No real directions for assembly- just a few pictures. It has to be done in a specific order, so I had to disassemble and reassemble several time to get all the accessories on correctly. It was not difficult, but a bit frustrating. As other reviewers have commented, the picture shows the squirrel baffle much lower than is actually recommended. There is no way to fit all the attachments above the baffle and have them work well. I put the birdbath ring and one hanger below the baffle (plan to put a hummingbird feeder on the lower hook) so it will work for my purposes. These are really beautiful decorations for the yard and flower bed. I did put them in an area with some mulch so I had to dig down to get the feet to anchor. I also had to get some extra heavy duty stakes as the ones that were supplied were not enough to hold it down even in gentle wind without falling over.
