Beautiful carpet but poorly constructed. Within 1 day, there were several areas where the carpet fibers were coming loose. It appears that they weren't correctly woven into the backing of the carpet. This is a really nice rug that arrives compactly folded in a medium-sized box, The rough is not heavy at all and very easy to handle and lift. I was expecting a deeper green, but the actual color is more of a muted sage, with beige tones and very subtle hints of wine/pinkish woven in. It’s still very pretty, just slightly different from what I had pictured. It’s extremely soft underfoot and has made a big difference compared to the white shag rug I replaced. It’s also much easier to vacuum and keep clean. That said, it doesn’t have much cushion on its own. You would likely need a non-slip pad if placing it in a high-traffic or open area, as it can shift slightly. In my case, I placed it under a heavy bed, so a pad wasn’t necessary.. Rosa.
