We installed the first of 2 of these tubs about a month ago. The big issue is how much water you have to have to stop the lumbar jets from spraying into my hair and all over the wall. I feel like I have to be in the ready position and maneuver to get the jets turned on so we don’t have a huge mess. I don’t water the water so deep but I have no choice. I’m looking for a way to suppress those top jets and can’t find one. Also, I’m having a heck of a time finding a realistic detailed owners manual. Something that goes into detail with how to operate all the features. We also had the bottom air come on while the tub was not in use. Beautiful doors. Looked for a long time to find bi-pass doors that didn't have horizontal handles that would detract from the newly tiled shower Love the roller style. Looks more modern than other slider doors with enclosed track. Doors feel very solid. What was not obvious from the pictures or description is the handles are actually thin pcs of metal that are double side taped to the doors. Barely enough room to get your fingertips on them. If your doors aren't mounted level so they roll properly, you will have a tough time moving them. Won't be conducive to older hands being able to grip them. Additionally, inspect closely before you spend time getting installed. Had several very obvious blemishes in the brushed nickel frame. The marks are black so they stand out. What a product! It prevents the water from overflowing out of the tub, or draining straight out of the tub and into the ceiling of the room below the tub. This product ensures that water, and/or other substances, pass through the hole in the tub and out of the house. The tub has not yet arrived, but I very much look forward to combining this with the tub to form a functional element of a modern bathroom.
