We installed the first of 2 of these tubs about a month ago. The big issue is how much water you have to have to stop the lumbar jets from spraying into my hair and all over the wall. I feel like I have to be in the ready position and maneuver to get the jets turned on so we don’t have a huge mess. I don’t water the water so deep but I have no choice. I’m looking for a way to suppress those top jets and can’t find one. Also, I’m having a heck of a time finding a realistic detailed owners manual. Something that goes into detail with how to operate all the features. We also had the bottom air come on while the tub was not in use. This was our first purchase for our bathroom remodel and I was a bit nervous ordering a tub online. I sat in some the same size on showroom floors and decided it was a good size. The tub was packed very well, arrived quickly and I recently took a bath in it, even though our bathroom is not yet finished. It's a great tub!
