Well this is now called the quainsion, since we have three button quail living in this little mansion. It was not difficult to put together. My fiance would have but he was sick so I struggled through it and I can't even nail in a nail straight. Lol he did put some waterproofing on it so it will last longer, and for quail, he put a second latching mechanism so it will be difficult for raccoons to get in. Dimensions are accurate even though the set feels smaller than pictured. A couple drawbacks experienced were that some of the panel pieces came in warped, not bad but enough to deal with. A couple panels were also cracked with small pieces coming off. Overall could use a little design revision, but not a bad setup, just use it somewhere that it can be covered / protected from the elements as it will not survive multiple seasons fully exposed..
