I've deducted a star for two reasons: 1) the mounting template covers 18" and 24" inch towel bars, but not the 32.5" ones 2) the hex wrench included with the mounting kit is not the correct size, it is too small. This is my second towel bar. The first one broke . I did lean on it but the solder was not all the way around the bracket that attached to the bar. My husband put JB weld on it and it still snapped at the solder joint. I bought another one, instead of returning it because we made a repair. I would recommend this towel bar.
