Cons the only thing really is that I wish the cushions were a little thickermore substantial. They have stayed a little bit lumpy since we set it up a week ago. I read the other reviews that mentioned shipping and figured I'd take the risk. It took longer than stated to get the sofa, and we got 3 of 4 pieces. After 3 more weeks of delay, I called to ask where it was. They ordered a replacement and said it would be here in 3 days. 2 weeks later and it finally arrived. So, we've had 3 pieces for almost 2 months and the final piece arrived 2 days ago. Fine if you don't have plans, but this was pushing it way too close for comfort before leaving the state.. Heather. This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous.
