Amazing quality! (Minus one star for the instructions.) This futon is sturdy, larger (I got the queen) and looks classy. It has a high back, so when you sit on it, you can rest your head back! Being that it is sturdy/heavy, it takes a bit of umpfh to get it from flat to sitting. But with two people, it's a breeze. The drawers are free rolling on the floor, which I did not know. But it's kind of nice, you can move them out of the way to move the futon without the weight. I like have a place for the sheets/blankets. My only complaint with the product would be the instructions. We are fairly adept at constructing/assembling items but the instructions were written for someone that cannot read. Not that there's an issue with that, BUT, I can read and there were NO WORDS. It was literally all pictures and not good ones at that. We had to unscrew boards and regroup a couple times.
