This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. The vacuum was $999 on another site so I tried Wayfair. The description was confusing as to what attachments came with it and for that reason I give it 4 stars. The vacuum is perfect. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)

This is gorgeous tile. If the company can figure out how to pack it right, it will be well worth the hassle. I got two damaged boxes, sent both back, and got the 3rd one with a few chips but nothing I couldn't live with. Wayfair representative was WONDERFUL. I felt the situation was handled professionally. I've had a Bosch microwave that connects to my oven for 12 years. It quit working and it took me a year to find out how to get it replaced. We brought this product back in January. I am writing this review end of April. We have used at least once a week. It has done its job.
