We’ve had a less than average stove for quite some time. It was getting the job done but we didn’t really know what we were missing. This thing is amazing! I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. Extremely disappointed with the delivery service and product quality. I paid extra for in-home delivery, but the crew was unhelpful and failed to realize the unit needed to be unboxed to fit inside. When I attempted to return the item due to this experience, customer service incorrectly informed me that a return was impossible. I ultimately brought the stove inside myself, only to discover it was missing the gas regulator. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, support gave me the runaround on live chat. I had to source and purchase the missing regulator independently to get this brand-new stove installed. Terrible service and zero accountability. It's exactly what my wife wanted, and she's happy with it. For installation, the gas line and the electrical wire have to share a very small space at the bottom in the back. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included.
