Remodeling my 1984 Kohler bathroom and replacing my Kohler whirlpool from that era which has integrated grab bars in the tub. I'm beyond frustrated with Wayfair! I have been trying to get parts to fix this tub that came with broken parts from Wayfair for over a month. Each time I call, they tell me that it will be taken care of immediately. Kohler asked Wayfair to send me replacement parts that are available on Feb 22 and it is already March 25. What a product! It prevents the water from overflowing out of the tub, or draining straight out of the tub and into the ceiling of the room below the tub. This product ensures that water, and/or other substances, pass through the hole in the tub and out of the house. The tub has not yet arrived, but I very much look forward to combining this with the tub to form a functional element of a modern bathroom.
