This wok is exactly what I needed and getting as an “open box” item made it possible for my budget. We eat a lot of stir fried vegetables and I needed a wok that works on an induction range. This heavy duty, very large wok has an extra handle opposite the regular one, making lifting it from the stove easy. Its non-stick surface works well. I believe one could put it into the dishwasher but it is simple to wash since nothing sticks and it’s really too large to fit. This product's low thermal conductivity effectively reduces heat loss and provides excellent insulation. Absolutely love this knife! I have had the knife for more than 2 years now, and it still works just as great as the first day I used it. You do have to make sure to sharpen the knife periodically (I suggest you buy the sharpener that is made for this knife, which I did). I have absolutely no complaints about this product.
