Be prepared to spend a day assembling this kennel! It arrived in 3 large boxes, 100lbs each but well packed and lined with wood. All of the various parts are letter coded, the best is that all of the bolts and screws are the same size for the entire structure. The materials are heavy duty, it is best to have 2 people working and holding panels to get everything lined up. My only complaint is the main doors. For some reason the hinges ARE the screws, which doesn’t seem secure or could loosentighten over time. Second is that there is a fairly large gap between the doors and the rest of the kennel where all other pieces are very tight together. I’m using this for chickens and will need to come up with a solution to fill in that gap. All in all, I think this is great quality. It came with ground stakes to prevent the wind from taking it. I just put it together over the weekend and I have not installed the door yet. My first impression was the wood was brittle and prone to cracking. One of the window frames was cracked on delivery and I had to glue it together. I put it together by myself with some help from time to time. You have to be handy!
